What are the students saying about Jennifer?

Chapman University Attending Chapman University was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I wholeheartedly believe I couldn’t have made this choice without Jennifer’s patience, guidance, and support throughout the whole process. All four of my siblings and I (and our parents!) absolutely trust her and thank her for all she has done. She is extremely knowledgeable and tailors her skills to meet the needs of each individual client. Jennifer helped me get organized right from the start, which proved immensely helpful when application deadlines started rolling in. Thanks to her, all five of us have found our “home away from home.” I would absolutely recommend her – she is simply the best college counselor around. The Hale Family thanks you, Jennifer!!!

HR Project Manager Industrial/Organizational Psychologist Jennifer offered her services as an Independent College Counselor for both my undergraduate and graduate endeavors. Normally, her services only extend to students attempting to attend an undergraduate institute, however, I had such a great experience with her and her knowledge base extends beyond just undergraduate admissions, that I sought her counsel when applying to graduate schools. Jennifer is thorough, engaged and patient when it comes to working with students (who can be a bit unfocused at times). In working with Jennifer, I was able to narrow down and attend an institution that I truly felt comfortable with and eventually would succeed there. Jennifer’s process truly prepared me for the college application process and enabled me to continue on to the educational path I am on today. Without her expertise and guidance, I do not think my college application process would have gone as well as it did. Overall, Jennifer is fun to work with, she is thorough, conscientious and gives individual attention to each student. I am glad to know her and to have benefited from her services.

Scene one: When I first starting meeting with Jennifer, I was thinking of majoring in history, theatre, or international relations with some vague thought of law school. Scene three: My parents and I made a round of campus visits and I quickly realized what direction I was being pulled to take – musical theatre. During a discussion following those visits, Jennifer handed over a second list of options – all theatre or musical theatre options. She had seen my face explode with joy when speaking of the productions I had been a part of. She referred me to a theatre audition coach, I revised my essays and I was ready to focus on my senior year. It was a multi-pronged process because I had been so unsure of which path to take. Scene five: I am confident of my future and I could not have gotten to this scene without Jennifer’s guidance, support and help keeping me organized. Final scene: to be written.
